Is Hi Yield Killzall 2 Concentrate the same as the Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate?

I've been mixing it like 13oz to 2.5- 3 gallons . Thanks

Both the Killzall II and Killzall Weed and Grass Killer contain 41% Glyphosate. Please refer to the dilution instructions on page 6 and page 7 of the product label.
