The Monterey Spurge Power only states that the following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required when applying it to the lawn:

• Long-sleeved shirt and long pants;
• Socks and shoes;
• Chemical-resistant gloves.

Should you choose to wear a mask for extra protection against drift or blow back of the chemical in wind, you are certainly welcome to do so and a basic KN95 or painters mask is more than sufficient.
