Is it safe to plant a vegetable garden where I sprayed Bifen IT?

I sprayed bifen around my yard last week.

Answer:

We recommend that you either wait at least one year before planting edibles where Bifen IT has been sprayed or that you excavate the soil in the area you want to plant. You can also create raised garden beds where you would be bringing in fresh soil media.
