Is Manzate Pro-Stick T and O Fungicide safe for tomatoes?

Answer:

Manzate Pro-Stick T and O Fungicide is not labeled for use on anything edible.  It is only for turf and ornamental applications.  Mancozeb Flowable with Zinc Concentrate would be the option for edibles.
