I inherited a stray cat who had kittens. I have cardboard over concrete with newspaper over the cardboard. Assuming it's safe for kittens, can I spray the cardboard, or should I use something like a plastic mat or tablecloth? (The concrete floor would be too cold.)
We assume you are spraying for fleas? The kittens should be removed from the area while the application is taking place, and they can return after the area has dried and the room has been vented. Mother Earth 2% Py contains the active ingredient pyrethrin which only lasts a very short time, so you must make direct contact with insects to be effective.
