Yes, Quali-Pro MSM Turf Herbicide is labeled Virginia Buttonweed at the rate of 0.5 to 1 oz per acre depending on the type of turfgrass you have. MSM Turf is labeled safe for Fine Fescue varities at the rate of ¼ to ½ oz per acre therefore for targeting Virginia Buttonweed, you will apply at the 0.5 oz per acre rate with a second application 4 to 6 weeks later if needed. 

For Tall Fescue, the product label states that this product may temporarily stunt tall fescue, cause it to turn yellow, or cause seedhead suppression. View the Fescue Precautions Section on page 34 of the product label for more information.
