Is Ortho Ant and Roach Killer 1 safe to apply on house plants?

According to the product label, Ortho Ant and Roach Killer 1 should only be inside the home along baseboards, in the kitchen and bathroom, and under household appliances.  It is not labeled to be used on any plants
