I need to know if this will kill squash vine borers.
Permethrin SFR is not labeled for use on any edibles. We would recommend using Hi-Yield Indoor/Outdoor Broad Use Insecticide. It is labeled for various insects, including squash bugs and is safe for use on listed edibles. This product does have the same active ingredient as Permethrin SFR, however, it is at a lower concentration. That product cannot be diluted down and used on edibles.
