I recently purchased Phantom from you but after reading the label I don't know if I should use it. I have a packaged food warehouse on pallets and racks. I am having a terrible time with very tiny bugs that like to climb on you and enter your nose, ears, and crawl in your hair. They can bite very hard if they are in your shoe and you step in them, but most of the time they leave small bites in a line or very tight groups of three or four. They don't look like regular bugs, but look like dust specks. They are white and sometimes black. I've seen rats mites come off a dead rat I trapped and these bugs are not the same. They can move fast for their size. I've tried many pesticides from you after trying 2 pest management companies with no success. I've cold and hot fogged, and tried die and borax. Phantom with IGR is the final try. I move my business next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 60X photos of what I think they are can be sent to you if you like to see them.
Phantom is a crack and crevice spray only and cannot be used as an area spray. It is important that you contact an entomologist to get a proper identification. You can contact your local cooperative extension office and ask to speak to the entomologist on staff. Your local natural history museum may be able to help you with an identification as well. Once you have an identification we can help you select the proper products to help you eliminate the pest.
