Selontra Rodent Bait uses the active ingredient Cholecalciferol which is typically considered a multi-feed rodenticide. It is possible rodents can consume a lethal dose in a single feeding however it is more often used where rodents consume it over several days to consume a lethal dose.  Please view the product label for more information.
