Normally as long as you are not using the product on a property other than your own, and are not doing it for profit a license is not needed. However, we are not sure of all regulations in every state and county and we recommend contacting your local Department of Agriculture for your states restrictions. Also, we highly recommended contacting the manufacturer before using this product as usage should be used with extreme caution due to possible leaching in the soil.
