Is spraying the exterior wall from the crawl space an effective method of application?

I have subterranean termites noticed when they began to build mud tunnels inside my house at grout indentations on the floor. I have a brick patio abutting the house which may be the source of termites. I don't want to disturb the bricks and flower gardens so I thought I can spray Bora Care from the crawl space. Is this an effective way to apply Boracare and eliminate these termites? Or, do I need to spray/trench from the outside? How long will it take to notice any results?

Answer:

To treat subterranean termites we always recommend to trench where you can and also treat the crawlspace. Termidor SC can be used in crawlspaces. There are complete instructions on the Termidor SC product label (page 5) on how to use the product in the crawlspace, so if a bit inadvertently goes into the crawlspace it should not pose a problem.
