Steri-Fab Insecticide is certified for California and we sell a lot of the product to California every week. The containers does not come with an attachment to transfer the product into bottles. It is not very difficult though to pour it from the gallon into the smaller pint bottle. You can use a funnel also to help. We also carry the SteriFab Continuous Action Sprayer to apply the product.
