For best results, Summit Biological Caterpillar and Webworm Control should be applied when sod webworms are small and they must be actively feeding on treated, exposed foliage.
We would suggest contacting your local cooperative extension office for the best time to treat for sod webworms in your area. Adult cutworms lay their eggs in the spring and larvae emerge and begin feeding as early as June with damage appearing in June/July.
