Temprid SC has beta-cyfluthrin in it which is not a non-repellent product. It is a repellent insecticide. However, repellent these days does not mean the insect can sense that it is there and avoids the area. The insect actually walks over the barrier and gets the insecticide on its tiny microscopic hairs on its body and eventually dies.
