We would not recommend using Agrisel BioPhos Pro Systemic Fungicide since the lavender is not specifically listed on the label as a tolerable plant.  Monterey Garden Phos Systemic Fungicide would be another option for you. This product is safe for use lavender and will eliminate fungus. The mixing rate depends on the disease that is being treated.
