Is The Andersons 21-0-10 Fertilizer with 0.25% Dimension Turf Herbicide safe to use around trees (oak trees)?

The Andersons 21-0-10 Fertilizer with 0.25% Dimension Turf Herbicide should not be applied around your oak or other trees. Per the product label:  Apply this product directly to established lawns or ornamental turfs only. DO NOT apply to flowers, vegetables, shrubs, or trees.
