The Docket DT is measures in terms of "liquid" measurements. Even though Docket DF is a granule it would still be measured in terms of "liquid/dry" ounces. In the United States, liquid measurements are not only used for "liquids", but it is also used to measure other "dry" ingredients.  2 tablespoons = 1 ounces 3 teaspoons = 1 ounces
