Is there a product for a Solo 451 Mist Blower that will control biting flies?

Answer:

We recommend to mix Talstar and Archer in the Solo 451 Mist Blower to control flying insects including biting flies. You would dilute 1 oz of Archer with 1 oz of Talstar per gallon of water.
