Fertilome Spinosad Soap is not specifically labeled for snails or slugs.  We recommend using a bait for slugs such as Sluggo Plus: https://www.domyown.com/monterey-sluggo-plus-snail-slug-killer-p-1584.html
 
You will want to use this outside along the foundation near where you are finding them indoors, and you could also use bait indoors, just applied along a wall if it's a bare floor or in bottle caps or bait trays.
 
You definitely want to check for excess moisture in the area and just outside of it, since that is the condition that favors this pest. I would also check seals on doors and windows and around utilities.
