Is this a good bagworm preventative for arborvitae trees?

Answer:

Talstar Pis is the #1 recommended product for bagworm control.  You will need to use 1 oz. of Talstar per gallon of water.  Applications should start in April and continue monthly through June. Be sure foliage is sprayed thoroughly to the point of runoff to achieve adequate coverage. For more information on this pest, please check out this article here.
