Is this a product for Russia Thistle (tumbleweeds)? We have a massive problem with them.

Between Tumbleweeds and other high desert weeds it seems we can't win. The products I used successfully, have been taken off the market. Not very much kills this weed and pulling them out after a rain is not effective as the amount of them is overwhelming.
