I have been using this as a spot treatment in my yard that I'd landscaped with rocks, no lawn grass. A few of my trees have started turning yellow leaves on the outer edges of the trees. But we did have hail damage to trees in Oct of 2022, so I'm not sure what leaf damage is from.
Per label, Spectracide Weed and Grass Killer With Extended Control RTU can be used on driveways and walkways or around fences, trees, flower beds, shrub,s and other areas in your yard (except in lawns). If used correctly according to the manufacturer, it should not be affecting the trees. You might want to speak to an arborist so they can check for disease or insect damage.
