I have a tenant that let their dog go to the bathroom in my rental. I have tried a lot of cleaner and disinfectants, even sprayed the place with chlorine. Please let me know what you recommend, other than bulldozing the place down, it's come to that point.
Bac-A-Zap is our best odor treatment product, and we have had some good customer reviews on its effectiveness with cat and dog urine and odors. However, if the urine was in a large enough quantity to where the matting below the carpet and the floor is damaged, then even our product may not be enough to combat that. Usually in that case, all carpet and foam underneath would need to be removed.
