Any granules will do a great job helping you control these pests. Each of the granules contains a synthetic pyrethroid for the active ingredient which means they will all work very similar to each other. DeltaGard G Granules is labeled for roaches and should work fine for controlling them. You would want to apply every 2 to 3 months and make sure you water in the granules for faster results once you apply it.  You can also apply it before a rain event instead of watering the granules yourself. It is a granule, so yes it is dust free.
