I've read that instead of watering in by hand after the granules have been placed, you can apply them before rain. What if the ground is already wet (not raining currently, but rained earlier that day)can I still apply them if the ground is wet and it's going to rain again later that day? Or is it best to apply when the ground is completely dry initially and then wait for the rain that is anticipated to happen shortly thereafter?
DeltaGard G Granules does advise on the label to not apply to saturated soil. If the areas are lightly wet it would be okay to apply. Make sure that the rain expected is not so much that the product will wash off the surface.
