We use it in our chicken coop where other styles of traps are dangerous for our birds. Works like a charm. Had five mice in it the first day without baiting it!

This is by far the best mouse trap I've ever owned. In fact, the overall number of mice we've trapped in the last week is disconcerting. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is probably a good trap but didn't work for me. I'm trying to trap small field mice outside and after two weeks have caught one. It's sitting out in the open where I feed birds, not against a wall, which would be better. Otherwise my only issue is it's hard to open. That may be necessary to keep mice from escaping, but would be helpful to have some type of handle on the outside to provide some leverage, rather than trying to pry it open with no good grasp.
