I just bought a bag of Solid Ideas Mare Magic Calming Food Supplement for Horses. The consistency if fluffy, almost mold-like. Is that normal?

The manufacturer states that consistencies can vary from one package of Solid Ideas Mare Magic Calming Food Supplement for Horses to the next, however the raspberry leaves in the package contain very small, fuzzy fingerlike growths on the underside of leaves, that can product the mold like consistency.
