Customer Reviews for Kaput Rat & Mouse Bait Rodenticide

Seems like this rat poison is like most other rat poison made after EPA banned the good stuff. Rats are not attracted to this bait as they used to with products made before June 2015. I hate EPA, they are placing rats before humans.

The rats in my home's attic have shown little interest in this stuff. The bowls of the bait remain full as the rats continue to frolic. From my perspective, this bait is a waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback! Usually when rodents are not accepting a bait it is because they have another readily available food source. Be sure to inspect the area for other possible food sources that may be in the attic or nearby such as fruit trees just outside the home. Rats can easily travel 50-100 feet from where they are nesting for food and water, so it is possible they have found food somewhere else in the home or nearby outside. We do recommend using traps indoors so that you do not get secondary problems such as bad odors or health hazards from rodents possibly decaying in inaccessible areas of the structure. i've used a dozen or so of these packets and i have to say the vermin love them. i've attracted mice and shrew and they empty the contents and look for more.......unfortunately, they keep coming without being affected by the poison. i had to use Tomcat glue traps to catch the critters. i'm disappointed these don't work.

If the pests are indeed eating the bait, they are being killed by it. It is important to keep bait available at all times to avoid having a new population move into the area and causing a new infestation.

so far I have had it over 2 weeks and the vole is still in my yard I am very disappointed I would like it dead NOW and I have use half of the bucket

The good news is that my voles love to eat this. They clean up all the bait I put out every night. But the bad news is that it doesn't kill them. In reading the fine print it says it might take up to 15 feedings to kill them. I need something that will kill them in a single feeding.

Bought 3 of 3 them total of 450 packets. Still have rats it killed 8 to 10 at most. Asked before if some rats could be immune never got a response. To me bot worth the money. Took 450 packets to kill small amount of rats.

I put all the packs everywhere their eating it i check but no dead mice.its like im just feeding them

It works, what I do not like about it, is that the mice run under stuff to die. Whereas with decon pellets, they were easy to find, seem to die out in the room somewhere, now I have to lift furniture to find a dead mouse.

I’ve been using it for several weeks now and I cannot tell if it’s working. I see that the mice have been eating the bait for 2 or three nights and then no more but the show up in a new place. Summer is coming so maybe they will move out side.

Prompt shipping , mice like it but takes many feedings to kill them. Some just come back for more or just seem immune

The only reason I give 4 not 5 is because the mice gourge themselves and die in walls. Can't get mice to take bait use this they love it but prepare most will die inside

Unfortunately it is not really possible to determine where the mice will die after they have consumed this product. Many times it is in a wall void or other inaccessible location. That is why we usually recommend trapping mice indoors whenever possible, rather than baiting. Baits work best placed in tamper-resistant bait stations around the outside of a home or other structure. After EPA banned a very good product that did the job, this bait is the best I have been able to find in the market. It seems to do the job for me. I have fruit trees and tomato plants. Every other product on the hardware store shelves are just junk.

I live in a log home built off the land. we started having rodents two years ago. 20 years and my cats always did the job. with the bait we were finding dead rats at our back door , for praise maybe by our cat? we set up traps under kitchen food stock with lots off luck. if you want a 3 legged cat be careful were you put the the traps! and then reseal your home

After researching, I found this bait to be lethal to voles but less so to their avian predators. I'm refilling my 4 Protecta Evo Express bait stations once a week on the acre around the house. These packets fit perfectly on the spikes inside the bait stations.

We had a hurricane a little over a year ago that made our home unlivable. While we were out of the building we had some rodents move in. I tried bait boxes, snap traps and glue sheets. Nothing worked. Finally found this site and this product. Within a week there were bodies, within two there were no more signs of infestation. We still can't move back in but at least now there aren't rodents eating what's left of our home while we deal with our insurance. I can not recommend this enough.

This stuff come in a bucket with a lid so it stays contained. It's packets are easy to use, just tear open and place where you think the mice will be, walk away. That's it! They eat it and a few days later you notice that there are no more mice. You occasionally find one on the floor but mostly you never see them. And we never get a rotting Oder from the remains. Clean up the area that you placed the pack and done. Best stuff EVER!!

I have never seen anything like this product. I went to back porch to get bucket to put out some they had already ate thru bucket to get to eat never seen any since thank you
