This was the shampoo the breeder packed up with the send off package when I picked up my puppy. It is the best dog shampoo I've ever used, so when I was running out I searched online for it and ordered it. Ordering was easy. When the distributor realized they would be a few days late in sending it they notified me. I really appreciated that so I could plan the next bath/shower time.
Summary: Great product and customer service. Reasonable price.
