Major leaves dropping on our Sycamore tree. HELP

Our Sycamore tree is shedding leaves faster now in June than in the fall. I looked it up online and this is what I found. " Sycamore Anthracnose. Pathogen: Apiognomonia veneta". Will this product help with this fungus?

Clearys 3336F Fungicide is labeled for use on trees and does treat Anthracnose. Please read the Clearys 3336 F product label for complete usage instructions. We do recommend that you have the fungus on your tree professionally identified to be sure that is what you are dealing with.
