Maple tree seedlings growing in tall fescue blend Crossbow Specialty Herbicide - 2, 4-D & Triclopyr

My neighbor's maple tree dumped a ton of maple tree keys on my lawn and the seedlings have started to take root. Will this product kill those unwanted maple tree seedlings without harming my tall fescue blend lawn?
