Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled to be applied as to the outside surfaces of screens, doors, window frames or wherever these insects may enter the home/rooms. When mixed and applied per the product label, there should not be any staining, disoloration or adverse affects. Do not apply to the point of runoff or dripping.
If discoloration or staining is concern, we recommend doing a small test application to an inconspicuous area before treating.

Martins Permethrin 10% is for insects only and will not effect or repel rodents. We do carry Rodent Repellents here.
Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled for use on goats to treat Faceflies, Hornflies, Stableflies, Mosquitoes, Lice, Mites, Ticks, including Deer tick (carrier of Lyme disease) at the rates of 8 ozs. in 50 gals. water, 16 ozs in 100 gals. water or 32 ozs in 200 gals of water. Spray to thoroughly cover entire animal.
For lice or mites a second treatment is recommended 14-21 days later

Per the Martins Permethrin 10% product label you would use 1 qt in 25 gallons of water.
Essentria All Purpose would be recommended for pastures with grazing cattle to treat caterpillars and many other common insects. Apply at 1 to 3 fl oz per gallon of water for a residula of 2 to 4 weeks depending on weathering like rain and direct sunlight.
While there are no grazing restrictions, we recommend keeping animals off the treated areas until dry. View the full product label for more information.
Martins Permethrin 10% should not be applied to furniture. We recommend confirming pest id prior to treatment. If you are targeting fleas, here is a great article on a successful program.
Martins Permethrin 10% cannot be applied on cats. We do offer flea treatment products for cats.
Martins Permethrin 10% is not labeled to treat scabies. Scabies mites live only on/in the skin, and we do not carry anything to treat humans. We suggest visiting your doctor to receive the medication needed to get rid of scabies.
Once you mix a product with water, you need to use it up within 24 hours.
Martins Permethrin 10% can be applied to dogs.
Per the product label: Dilute 8 ozs. in 12.5 gals. of water. Thoroughly wet the animal by dipping, sponging, or spraying. Allow the animal to dry in a warm place without rinsing or toweling. Do not reapply product for two to three weeks. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, pregnant, or nursing animals on medication.
