Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled for residual control of fleas however will not provide an instant knockdown. For best results, we recommend using an insect growth regulator such as NyGuard IGR to help stop the growth cycle of immature fleas and overall reproduction of fleas.
PT Ultracide Pressurized Flea Insecticide would provide a quicker knockdown kill to adult fleas while providing a residual control. This also contains the Insect Growth Regulator with the insecticide in a a convenient aerosol can. Each can will treat 2625 sq ft.Fleas do require repeat treatments every 14 days and you can expect to do treat approximately 3-4 times. Frequent vacuuming in between applications is extremely helpful in that it causes the flea eggs to hatch and contact the insecticide. Flea eggs are protected against insecticides and will not penetrate.

Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled for use on goats to treat Faceflies, Hornflies, Stableflies, Mosquitoes, Lice, Mites, Ticks, including Deer tick (carrier of Lyme disease) at the rates of 8 ozs. in 50 gals. water, 16 ozs in 100 gals. water or 32 ozs in 200 gals of water. Spray to thoroughly cover entire animal.
For lice or mites a second treatment is recommended 14-21 days later
