Although Martins Permethrin 10% is a livestock and premise spray, it should not be applied to grazing areas.
You should not store mixed Martins Permethrin 10% or any other insecticide concentrate for longer that 24 hours in a sprayer. Concentrated insecticides will begin to separate which will clog the lines as well as destroy the seals in the sprayer. We recommend mixing a gallon at a time and discarding left over solution.
We would recommend contacting your vet to appropriately diagnose what the issue is on the piglets before applying anything such as Martins Permethrin 10%. The product is labeled for applying to swine when used as directed but you should be sure that you are treating correctly for the exact issue.
Martins Permethrin 10% is not labeled to treat either scabies or bed bugs. Scabies mites live only on/in the skin and we do not carry anything to treat humans. Most folks need to visit their doctor to receive the medication needed to get rid of scabies. You may spray your furniture with a product such as Steri-fab to kill anything on furniture though treating the home for scabies is usually not necessary. If you need to treat for bed bugs we would recommend using one of our bed bug kits to ensure that you have all of the products necessary for a thorough treatment. Before beginning any treatment, we would recommend that you get a proper identification of the pest you are dealing with, if you have not already done so, so that you can be sure you are using the right product(s) for your needs. You can do this by contacting either a pest control company or the local cooperative extension office in your area.

Dilute 8 ozs. in 50 gals. water
Dilute 1 pt in 100 gals. water
Dilute 1 qt. in 200 gals. water
Dilute 2 ozs. in 1 gal. water
Dilute 1 pt. in 8 gals. water
