    No, Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel cannot be used to treat carpenter bees as it is only labeled for carpenter ants and other listed ants.

    What is the need for refrigeration of Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel? Is the consistency thick or thin?

    The Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel can be refrigerated if it gets to thin (this will help get it back to a gel consistency) in transit especially in the hot summer months. It should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain effectiveness.

    Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel is specially formulated for carpenter ants. However, this product has been discontinued and replaced with a product called Maxforce Fleet, which is labeled for a variety of ants.
