Used this product repeatedly every time I saw a roach (or a baby roach) and finally got rid of the problem. Haven't seen a single roach in a month!

Came in the mail quickly. This works great. I still have some left over that I bought a couple of years ago and it still worked. I will make sure I always have this around.

I used this product along with using the Demon spray a yr. ago for roaches. Long after the spray had evaporated, the Maxforce continued to work. Both are good products. I highly recommend them. They saved me a lot of money.

Using this with Demon, Vendetta Plus, and Cimexa for awful roach issue. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Bc had used Advion and Compare N Save concentrate (bifetherin)...and I think I had a bait adverse issue. They plain didn't like Advion, or it was old. I'm one of the rare ones it didnt work for. And the Spray alone can old do but so much. Put this and Vendetta Plus out at the same time. Refreshed every 3-5 days. In kitchen and bathroom. Counters, drawers and cabinets. On pieces of cardboard in cabinets. Did baseboard treatment with Demon spray all over the house, and Cimexa in nookies and crannies all over. We are seeing major results. I'm so happy.

Worked great! Seeing less roaches. They also have amazing costumer service USPS mailed my package to the wrong address. They went out of their way to send me a new one. I was very grateful for that! Thank you! Definitely buying more from them! And highly recommend them!!

This is the best product on the market. After use in apartment within 72hrs, roaches were unseen. Great product quick knock down time. Manage multiple apartment units and this is now our go to for pest control.

takes just a dot of product, last months. it's a darker material so needs to hidden. We placed it behind outlet covers, underside of drawers. Worked great in those spots.

I bought this gel as an impulse buy when ordering my yearly lawn granules in February. I thought I'd have it, "just in case". Anyway, fast forward to July and I found one cockroach in the hallway at 2am. The next day, I swept behind the stove and fridge and baited with Maxforce FC behind those appliances because I did not want my toddlers to get to it. Every night for three nights before going to bed, I swept, emptied out any water, ran the dishwasher, and took out the trash. On the fourth day, I found the bugger, upside down and kicking. I know these are communal insects, so I'll be on the look out for more. The key is "Integrated Pest Management", where the only food available for the roaches is this bait. This weekend, I'll spray the outside perimeter of my house with Temprid FX and Gentrol. Very happy with this product!

Moved into a new house with a mild roach infestation. I don't do roaches. Not a single one in my house! I sprayed my entire house with Tekko Pro insect growth regulator, then placed this Maxforce FC Magnum roach bait in strategic places. I used to see 2-3 roaches per day, and here I am a week later, and I am only finding dead roaches here and there that I sweep up and toss in the trash. So far its working great, not seeing any live roaches any longer. This product, combined with a birth control product (insect growth regulator), seems to be the way to go towards eradicating these pest. I even bought a bottle of Temprid to spray, but I dont even think I will have to use it and can save it for later.

Just used today and it already attracted so many german cockroaches. Been 4 hours and I have already seen 5 of them stumbling around all out of it and 2 on there backs dead. I will be ordering more in the future! And I highly recommend this product!

We were suddenly invaded with roaches. We probably spent at least $200 on sprays to get rid of them to no avail. At my wits end I tried this inexpensive gel and was surprised to find dead roaches everywhere. It has worked better then any of the pricey things I tried before. I'm happy.

This product is what I use in rental units and family houses. It is safe to use around animals and it takes only a drop in the corners of the cabinets. I recommend this for all my family and friends.

This gel bait is EXTREMELY effective. The sad thing is that the tubes do not come with a plunger. I purchased 10 tubes and didn't know this - only 1 plunger was included in the case. I hope it lasts!

They dont eat it at all it was a wate of money i have tried this and it sucks so bad it say it will kill them thats a joke

Works well, I applied as directed in the videos and have seen the infestation decrease. Depending on the severity of the infestation you might have to add something else to the treatment. My only complaint is that I get only 1 plunger no matter how many tubes I order, which is annoying considering if I lose it I'd have to pay more in shipping than for the plunger.

Maxforce doesn't play you put it down under your cabinet and there will be dead roaches every where great product

Put some points of this bait around the kitchen and mudroom and two days later, two dead demons were found turned belly side up. Such joy it brings me to bring death upon these swine. Will continue to use in conjunction with my other heavy artillery. - Happy demonroach hunter

I was excited to use this based on the reviews. But was very disappointed. The bugs crawled all around the product. It didn't matter how much I put down.

Yes this is really a killer. Yet it you have a big infestation it might take more than one treatment or even change types of brands.

I'd rather wait and do a review after I know the results of this product but that might be a while but it appears to be working as I'm seeing less roaches than a month ago. I'm using this in combo with Genetrol and boric acid

I can only tell you that we have been fighting bugs for a while. We received our initial order, applied and immediately noticed a huge change. Ordered a second time and even better change!! Can't thank you enough for this awesome product.

I'm not happy with this product at all. The previous product I purchased I would recommend but with this product I have more roaches than beforehand.
