I managed an apartment complex that was infested with roaches. We tried several exterminating companies and treated each apartment every month but the roaches were still there. In my opinion and experience, it was a total waste of time and money. The company name at that time was Blue Diamond. We had them treat the entire complex and I do mean EVERYTHING, It was amazing. within a month the roaches were gone. Be sure to order enough to treat every room thoroughly. Take drawers out of chests, treat underneath furniture, electric outlets etc. etc. I am not convinced that Magnetic Roach Bait is the same but It is the most effective product I have found. Like I said, I REFUSE TO LIVE WITH ROACHES. With this product, I don't have to.

wrote back about plastic tip supplied with plunger and clogged. Response was fast and informative how to clean. when I threw tube away, I found a metal tip inside box. Otherwise, product arrived about 2-4 days and I immediately applied to kitchen area where first saw nymphs and nothing after application. Did see nymph in bathroom far from kitchen-possibly following water pipes although pipes are in concrete foundation in Fl.Put bait down and have not seen anything to date.

I have used this product, as written on the package for the last 3 months. The roast problem in my house has only gotten worse as time has gone on. I have removed all food from places where it was easy for the roaches to get to. I have followed the instructions diligently and applied the bait everyday. They seem to enjoy the taste of it and it seems to make them breed faster and live longer. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with roaches and call a professional.

We had a heavy case of roaches at home! We decided to get orkin to do biweekly treatments to get rid of them. Their treatment killed a lot of them but the 2nd day after I'd see A LOT of roach activity again. I started looking online for other ways to get rid of them and I came across this website. I ordered this bait gel along with the monitors and let me tell you! This stuff really works!! I noticed TONSSSS of roaches coming from under my refrigerator so I applied some behind it along with the monitor and some under. 3 days later I moved the fridge again and SOOOO MANY dead roaches and way more in the traps. Now I can leave my lights off at night and don't wake up to roach parties when the lights come on. Yea I haven't gotten rid of all of them but I no longer see hundreds of them at the same time.

I started with advion about 3 years ago and was Roach free up until about 3 months ago. Bought maxforce, this time and so far I'm ok with it. Been about 2 weeks and I've seen about 4 roaches since. Gonna get some traps to help but I'm very satisfied with everything I've used

Maxforce FC Magnum is a highly effective product to control and eliminate any German roach issue. I used it when living in NYC and the downstairs neighbor just would have a less than clean apartment and the roaches would creep up the pipes. Used this product and didn't see a roach after application. So good, I bought another tube to send to a friend in Miami that had a similar issue and they report the same result. It's great.

Excellent product. Cockroach problem is resolved completely. I gave half a tube to a friend who was being overrun with Cockroaches. They could not thank me enough. I have since placed IGR devices. I do not see any Cockroaches at all.

I do know if this stuff work. I put some in the kitchen and bathroom on an index card. Each one is hard. I did see one roach dead by the bait but I can not say if this stuff work yet. I had to throw all the index cards that had the Maxforce bait on it because the products got hard. I did read other reviews say the same.

Applied this gel in pea sized amounts to all the spots I saw roaches, and they ignore it.

Tho I found it somewhat difficult to use, the product worked FANTASTIC!!! The plunger was vert difficult to use; it was not a very smooth action requiring both hands to manipulate. My fingers actually became tired after just a few minutes. However, the product worked as advertised. The "bugs" were drawn to it - I haven't seen any "visitor" in over a week. I plan to keep this product on hand, for JIC situations.

OMG,Roaches HATE this stuff and let me tell you it Really Really Works, I live in a apartment complex and because I have very nasty neighbors my place was infested with all kindsof Roaches,Well i looked on line to try and fine something that would get RID of them and I saw this product,I figured nothing bets a failer But a Try I used it as dircted and I hevent seen a Roach in 3 years every 60 days I give my place a touch up,not because I've seen anything But I want my place to stay Roach Free,YES IT REALLY WORKS

Used this as a last resort in a residential single unit where the client was not terribly cooperative. Lot of clutter. I'd done a cleanout but couldn't get into a lot of places so there were still some GR heare and there. After two weeks the pop-up sightings seemed to have been quelled, even tough the client never really cleaned the place up or decluttered.

It was frightening to see carpenter ants on my sun porch because I know the damage they can incur. The product shipped quickly and one day after applying it, I began seeing dead ants. I see them no more. And that's a good thing!

The gel is fantastic. I had a serious problem with roaches and after using this product I have controlled 98% of the problem. I need to purchase more to actually get to 100%.

roach gel bait works have to understand how it works. this Maxforce FC Magnum is not a fast kill its intended to let the roach live long enough to get back to a nest spot and die once this happens other roaches eat that one resulting in a double kill. if you want fast action look in to invict gold this gel bait is nasty and kills faster then you have to move the roach to a spot for a double kill. hope this helps

So my Mom had a big problem with those big roaches. They would come out at night and be on her counter tops. I finally found Maxforce FC Magnum. Heck in 2 days she is reporting no longer seeing them. So this along with spraying a big box store outdoor spray along the house above the crawl spay, and we have successfully reduced our numbers. The only negative I have is that the stuff is colored beige and placing it on the white baseboards does not look good. I am hoping it comes off easily after we completely rid of these roaches. Will See. Oh, and I definitely recommend the gun. Thanks DoMYOWN for fast shipping and great price!

Placed the goop in location and found 2 dead roaches in AM. We'll see how this works over time. Easy to use.

I live in a twelve story apartment building that was remodeled from a hundred year old hospital. You can imagine the bugs here. I hadn't had bugs in my apartment until we had pipes burst and several floors flooded. That's when my problems started. I let the management spray for the first couple of months. Then did my research and took over. I don't let the exterminators in any more. They seemed to be feeding the bugs. They were just getting worse. I followed the directions regarding using at least two different approaches to make sure the roaches didn't become resistant to the products I chose. I used Demon WP for the first month (I bought it locally but next time I'll get it from Domyown.) I was still seeing the occasional roach - mostly nymphs. I chose Maxforce FC Magnum for my second poison. The second choice was hard for me because I understood the reasoning behind using something that would attract the bugs but was terrified that I would end up with an apartment full of bugs. I didn't. Between the two of these products I don't appear to have bugs any longer. My next door neighbor says he doesn't have bugs anymore. The Custmer Service at DoMyOwn was fantastic. They helped explain what steps I should take. I also used the CatchMaster glue traps that were recommended. I put a little bit of the Maxforce Magnum in the center of the trap. Don't know if it was needed but I haven't seen any type of bug since I put out the Maxfirce Magnum. I'm so happy. Others here are still relying on the exterminator and getting no relief. Maybe the Maxforce magnum that I put out will continue to spread results and I can take the title of “Bug Master” here at “The Rose”. Trust these people. They know what they are doing.

MaxForce works great, would recommend it. We used it right after we moved in, next day found dead roaches. Have yet to see in living roaches and believe when I say they were bad

I couldn't believe how fast this bait alleviated my infestation . I've never had roaches and was appalled a guest brought them in. I won't be without this product EVER. Thank you for giving me my home back.

This product is amazing. Used small placements and eliminated the roaches around a fish tank in 2 days. Recommend using this product if you have any issues. .
