So I bought this to supplement professional services to get rid of severe German roaches in my newly acquired home. The previous tenant was incredibly filthy and the whole house was crawling. In several visits the exterminator sprayed, bombed, baited and left traps. Two weeks after the last visit the level of bugs walking freely was to where I still was not comfortable being in the house at all. I got this product and applied it to the house per the directions. It is easy to use and doesn't smell. two weeks later we have only seen dead roaches, or dying ones. There are no healthy active roaches anywhere in the house.

I usually don't have roaches, but my neighbors recently did construction on their home, and I started seeing German Roaches for a few months. I tried other things but nothing was working. I did a little internet research and came across the Maxforce FC Magnum (which I could not find in stores) so I ordered it. Just let me say, "WOW!" Within about a week and a half all the roaches I see are DEAD! Love this stuff! So easy to use and you don't need much. I would recommend this product to anyone! Don't waste your time and money on other stuff like I first did. Happy Roach Hunting!

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!:-)... We fogged...We sprayed...We tried everything!...And still the little critters were lurking in the kitchen!...And spreading to the bathroom!...Eek!...Within two days of using Maxforce FC magnum we were only seeing one or two at our 2:00am battleground check!...Now, after just two weeks they are virtually gone!:-) Thank you!:-) Rebekah:-)

I am not one to write a review unless I really stand behind a product. I purchased some baby furniture at a yard sale but to my surprise it was infested with bugs which we would only see at night. After bombing and spraying my garage for several days and bugs still being seen, I was told to try Maxforce FC Magnum. After being unable to locate in my area I found it on this site. After only one application I see no more bugs in my garage, other then the ones I come across,  which are dead. This product is a miracle after spending several dollars and getting minimal results. Maxforce by far exceeded all my expectations. (Baby furniture thrown out.)

I live in apartment. Manger had supposedly sprayed are what ever they did the roaches just kept running ramped. They did 3xs with no results??? I went online and found your Maxforce FC Magnum. After 10 days I am roach free!!! Wonderful wonderful stuff....Thank you, thank you!!!! I will tell all friends and family.

After 6 months of spraying and fogging I decided to try something else to eliminate my roach issue. This tube of gel really works. Within 2 weeks my problem is now minimal.

We have had a roach issue for awhile, and it got really bad! I had tried all the home remedy stuff out there, but nothing (NOTHING) helped. It was like we were blowing air on them. I would like to also add that we live in FL, and the roaches came from some used furniture that was given to us. We gutted our kitchen cupboards and cleaned the kitchen REAL good. I then sprayed, but once I started putting this bait down within the first 24 hours I noticed a big difference. And found the bugs dying all over. In the past week since placing the bait, we have gone from roaches crawling all over, to maybe one or two a day! Drastic improvement. I still have to bait in other areas, but even the small amount I have put out is unbelievable. I know that within the next week, we will be roach free (finally)!

This product was very effective and worked fairly quickly. We first we introduced to this product by an exterminator that used it in our home. The Maxforce FC Magnum got rid of a heavy infestation that nothing else seemed to help. Before this we were using the roach motels to control the population. Since then we use the Maxforce to keep the roaches from getting out of contol again. The best part is the price is not too expensive to use on a regular basis.

I originally made this purchase six months ago. I was seeing roaches in my kitchen, even in the daytime. I only ordered three tubes and after three or four days they disappeared. I ordered three more recently for my neighbor. She is amazed. Now you have two loyal customers.

Moved into a rental house with a German Cockroach infestation. If you went into the Kitchen at night thre would be 3 or 4 grown roaches & 10-20 small ones. (Mostly in & around the sink) I had bombed the house 3 times before moving in and tried all the sprays and roach motels, to no avail. I puchased the Maxforce Magnum and follwed the directions. (Numerous small aplications instead of fewer large applications) Within a week I could see a huge difference. I am not going to be so bold to say the raoches are completely gone (I don't think you can ever totally get rid of them without burning the house down), but I haven't seen a roach in over a week. This product worked for me.

This stuff is amazing. I live in a apartment complex. My neighbors apartment is infested with roaches so when I get my place under control, I still get some runners from his place. But, since I put Maxforce down I can't find a roach in my place and I think it must be a domino effect in his place. Great stuff.

I bought 3 tubes of this along with Suspend pest control stuff and I am so glad. Had horrible filthy neighbors who moved away and left behind an infestation of cock roaches and they began to show up at my house. I used Suspend a couple of times inside & outside and 1 1/2 tubes of Maxforce FC Magnum around the interior of house and I don't see anymore roaches around my house. This sure saved me tons of money I am certain I would have had to call an exterminator at the very least twice to deal with that awful mess. I still have enough left to treat a few more times just to be sure they stay away from my house.

... I think the roaches die like Elephants.... they begin to dissappear.... until the time that I dont see 1 roach. And let me tell you... we was with LOT of that little roaches in the kitchen, right now we dont have 1. Take few days for ALL of them to contaminate one by one. This product is top of the top, believe me. And if YOU dont believe me , believe to Maxforce FC Magnum..... thanks for reading.

My house was heavily infected with roach. During night there was many of them over the kitchen and the bathroom. Now, after a few days using product, I barely see one. I definite recommend this product.

This gel is VERY effective in getting rid of a bad infestation. Its 5 times better than the gel you would buy at your local store. It was very easy to set up and use. I stopped seeing roaches crawling the second night after using this product. I will be ordering more to make sure they dont come back! So glad I found this website.

i first saw 2 roaches on my computer desk ,then i remembered my mothers pest control guy was using this product. so i ordered it,wow over night it killed ten bugs so i put out more allover my house. i didnt know i had that many roaches, this stuff really works,finally gotter done

After 20 years of fighting the German roach invasion in my old home in South Texas our new home, I can finally declare victory! Our German roaches loved electronics, stole and fortified an electronic pest eliminator, coffee pots, wall plugs, telephones...etc. I've tried everything available over the years but was never able to eliminate them fully. Got four tubes, hit everywhere I could and this product decimated them. I really still can't believe it and find myself looking for them, but there are none left. Thank you...

I knew I had roaches in my kitchen so I knew I needed to act fast before it spread thru out my house. Omg!! in 2 days only I saw roached dead here and there but when I moved my refrigerator omg! There were sooo many dead roaches it was crazy I didn't even know it was that bad. And I even had placed some in my bathrooms for the hell of it and found them dead too after 2 days!!they are gone I haven't seen not even one in months!! I recommend this to everyone you will be surprise how this works!! i'm roach free!!

When we moved into an apartment in Irving TX, it was heavily infested with roaches. We used the Maxforce FC and within a few days all we had was dead roaches, they were everywhere! We are really amazed how fast and effective it was.

I am very happy with the timely shipping and low price of the product. My only concern is the expiration date, I could not find any exp date written on the product.

  Expert response:
Pest control products do not contain expiration dates. The product is good until you open it and then it is good for one year in the tube, and 30 days once you have applied the gel.

We never had roaches in the 30 plus years we've own homes, until now. This product is the only product that controls them. We used it last summer & they seemed to disappear. Because we believe our neighbor has roaches & we live in a connected townhouse, we bought more to use to prevent them.

This is a fast acting and continuous acting product. After several years of using the services of Terminix, I knew there had to be something that actually WORKED. Thanks to a friend who does pest control for DHR and HUD programs, I found it. It's easy to apply and since it's your home/business, you know where you see insects the most. I have to admit I was skeptical, but this product really works!

If you have a roach problem? This is the stuff to get! Works great! I had a roach troubles, put this down and BAM in a few days found dead roachs = Maxforce FC Magnum! Tried to use differnet sprays only worked very little.

So I live in NYC in a pretty "meh" apt with a definite roach problem. This product is seriously amazing. I haven't seen one roach since my roommate put this stuff down. I had an exterminator to come in a spray, just to make sure, and he said this is the same stuff they use. I highly highly highly recommend!
