Where I used this product it was bad but over night the results were amazing. As soon as a person opened up the door to walk in the roaches would fell on your head. It was bad. I googled and did research and found this site. It was the best site I came across. I bought the product and used it right away. I came back the countertop was filled with dead roaches. Yes I bought case and they are gone. I do maintenance so that place won't ever have them again. Yes, I would highly recommend this product safe for pets/ kids which I like.

Returned home after 6 months to find terrible roach infestation. I didn't have to clean out my cupboards or have anyone else in my home to have no roaches within a few days plus it lasted for the year. I have had friends try this with the same results.

This Maxforce FC Magnum was orderless and easy to apply. We squeezed a small amount in the white screw-off-tops of plastic water bottles that we saved. They slide in and under kitchen cabinets, stove and refrigerator. For easy placement and removal we used a thin wire coat hanger and bent a hook in the end. After the first two weeks we put out fresh poison. After one month we have had no signs of German Cock Roaches. Thank you for a great product.

Maxforce Power

I bought the small syringe of Maxforce Power for roaches and so far I bearly see one or two of baby roaches. The product is very good and powerful. I need to buy more to complete the whole house. Nothing worked for me before for roaches. I don't like to kill them but they certainly should be away outside not inside my house. I am glad I found Maxforce.

Fast Acting

A rental property became infested with roaches. Regular sprays did not eradicate these pests effectively. Maxforce has already decimated the population dramatically after two weeks! We seldom see a bug. Reapplied and have faith the home will be bug free shortly.

Having applied Maxforce 3 weeks ago for the first time, I have not seen one dead roach. I have seen a few baby roaches on counter and floor that were alive and well. However, I have not seen live larger roaches running around floor during dark hours as before. I am somewhat confused about results of this product.

A blessing and relief

I moved in a brand new house about 6 years ago. Previous to buying a home I rented decent apartments that never had pest issues. Not even six months after moving into my new home, in a wooded area, I started to see the dreaded creepy crawly things at night. I only saw them when I got up to tinkle or get a glass of water. Not knowing the battle ahead of me I bought store brand gel, suggested by a friend. It did not work. In one year of living in my brand new home I was badly infested. I cried and became depressed trying to battle nasty bugs in my home. Sprays, exterminators, traps and gels did not work. The problem would subside a bit but not go away. My dad bought an investment property and this product line was suggested to him to protect his property. He told me about it. In desparity I bought this product and applied it everywhere. In two weeks again the bugs subsided. I wasn't excited because I was use to that result. In one month I didn't see A bug. Not One. Two years later after applying this product every six months my house is bug free. I deep cleaned everything in my home knowing evil wasn't lurking in the cracks. This product saved my sanity. I am a Real customer and this is a Real review. Please purchase the product.You Will Not Regret It!!!!!

I used it in my trailer and it worked great. I bought some for my daughter because she had so many from the former tenant that she tried everything, even the Housing Authority tried. He sprayed so much on the floor it was wet for two days and it didn't work. So I bought some for her and she was amazed at how good it worked and how quickly it worked. I highly recommend it

Works perfectly on yellowjacket wasps and ants but you need to put it where they live, where they enter the home, or provide your own bait--just so it's easy for them to find and walk through. And a little goes a long way. :)

background: i live in a condo in toronto, about 5 years ago we started seeing roaches. Probably some tenant that was a renter brought them in since about 2010ish they started letting renters in our a nice condo where before you actually had to buy the unit or put a down payment and pay it off. No matter what we did these roaches came back or always had a presence. Management would bring in exterminators periodically but i can guarantee you they used the cheapest bait since they did the whole building, results were minor to mild in effectiveness. Fastword to now: Since i live in Canada i paid around $55 CAD for two tubes, $25 of which was shipping and handling since this stuff isnt available in Canada and i had to procure it from a seller in Austin Texas. Results: in two days ive counted more than 50 dead roaches (mostly babies), i dotted nearly the entire unit where they would likely hide and come out in the day and im seeing results. Maxforce Magum is fantastic, it works and im surprised how quick the results are showing. I wonder how much dead roaches there are within the hard to reach and unseen places? Hopefully a lot, and hopefully the infected but not dead roaches spread the poison around. Issues: the only problem i have with this stuff is how quick the product dries out. Also, i read that you'd need to change your gel/bait and rotate to see maximum results because these buggers always build up a resistance. GREAT PRODUCT EITHER WAY. I have one tube unopened and i'll be using it within a couple of weeks to get the new hatch-lings that haven't tried the bait yet. 4/5.
Could not believe it..

Order was filed quick and delivered as stated. Tried it before I called an exterminator and bam! They where gone! Turn lights on and they roaches would run all over. Bait the house and next morning they were all over the floor. The difference was they were all dead. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save lots of money!!
