May I use liquid Seven on my wildflowers and bushes?

Have used native plants in my large yard. May I use liquid Sevin on them he same way I use in on nursery plants?

Sevin Concentrate can be used on Residential: Fruit Trees, Lawns, Ornamental Plants, Vegetable Gardens, Flowers, Shrubs, and Outdoor Perimeter of House as directed on label.  We do recommend avoiding spraying any blooms.
