    Q
Can insecticides be applied before or after using Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food?
    A

It does not matter whether you apply an insecticide to a treatment area first, and then a fertilizer like the Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food, or do the plant food first and then the insecticide. As long as both are being used according to label instructions and there is not competing info for use (for instance if one product needs to be watered in and the other doesn't, you would use the one that need to be watered in first), then you are good to go.

    Q
Do I pour the entire gallon of water & plant food mix onto my 1 houseplant at 1 time?
Should I just use a lot less than a gallon of water to water & Feed my 1 house plant. I would think 1 gallon of water for 1 plant would drown the plant.
    A

For using Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food on indoor plants, the recommended rate per the product label is ½ teaspoon per gallon of water with applications being done every 2 weeks. If overwatering a concern, you could cut the rate in ½ and mix ¼ teaspoon with ½ gallon of water and see how that does.

For more specific information on reducing the water volume, you may want to contact the manufacturer directly at 1-888-295-6902 for more information.
