How much MSM would you put in 5 ga. & 25 ga. of water to kill foxtail?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to measure  Alligare MSM 60 Herbicide for small applications.  Per the manufacturer, their recommended rate to use for spot applications is 1 oz. per 100 Gal. of water.
