I have been using this successfully. It does tend to precipitate out to a kind of scummy mixture if you don't handle it right. My water is very hard. I find that if I acidify my water to more neutral first, it mixes better. I use the recommended concentration, shake the bottle before adding, then aggressively mix while adding it to the tank. with a good mixture, its very effective. mosquitos and biting gnats gone.
