Yes, per the product label for PT Alpine Flea and Bed Bug Aerosol: Treated infested areas or potentially infested areas, including rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, pet beds, pet resting areas, room edges, around and under furniture or other stored items.   Pets should be out of the area being treated until dry, typically about 1 hour.
