The cows got very wet in heavy rain tonight. Should I apply Ultra Saber if the rain has stopped? The cows' hide is likely still wet

Ultra Saber Pour-On Insecticide is best applied when no rain is expected within 24 hours of application, and the animal is completely dry.  Applying while wet could cause the product to run off.
