Should I bomb my house and rewash her and put on another collar? She's so low to the ground maybe 5 pounds

While the collar is designed to kill any fleas or ticks that get on and feed on the pet, it will not put a bubble on the pet and keep any insect from being able to still jump on. If the pet is itching, are you seeing signs of live fleas on the pet? Itching can be caused by many factors so if you are not seeing any fleas on the dog, the collar should still be working.
