If the bait has been killing the rats but you still have a rat population on your property you are likely dealing with one or both of the following issues. 1. You have are not doing anything to make your peropty less favorable to rats and new rats keep moving in. 2. You are not offerign enough bait placements to kill off all of the rats before they reproduce. Are you having an issue indoors or outdoors? where are you palcing the bait?
