I need to clean of ticks a little area with Buffel grass, what the indication is for this use?
I want to reduce the tick numbers of a Buffel pasture used to keep a few heifers on it. I want to know the dose of product per area and time to wait before introduce the heifers to the pasture and thay can start grazing.
Answer:
We would recommend using .25-.5 an oz per gallon of Evergreen Pyrethrum Concentrate, since ticks are harder to kill we suggest going with the higher rate. As far as the grazing goes, there is no grazing restrictions on the label. Once the product has dried, it will be safe for them to return & graze.
