I need to spray a 20ft cedar tree for rust fungus. What ratio of Ferti-lome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II should I use?

Ferti-lome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II is not labeled for use on cedar trees. We would recommend Bonide Copper Fungicide.
