No ventilation my arms are burning after spraying Demon Wp.

I SPRAYED WP DEMON IN A SMALL 1R ROOM APT. AND HAVE BURNING FEELINGS IN EXPOSED AREAS OF MY SKIN WHAT CAN I DO? I WASH THE AREAS OFTEN.
